"Mindfulness' Kitchen" series started with a question:
"What would the inside of my mind look like as a kitchen?"
On certain days, I imagined it to be somewhat chaotically organized with some dusty corners here and there. It would also probably house a variety of pragmatic calming remedies, negativity-inducing herbs & spices, along with a stack of self-help cookbooks that I've hoarded over time but never read.
Those are only a few among many other random and unusual objects that are from faded memories, hazy recollection of past events, with a few sprinkles of self-taught life lessons that I've gathered along the way.
